three important steps for preparing for a cleanse. Number one, research. You need to research your body type. You need to research your symptoms, but then you need to research the types of cleanses. Step number two, the planning. You must plan out when you want to do your cleanse because it must fit in with your lifestyle.

Otherwise it will not work. Number three, the doing. You must take all of that research material, the planning, and put it together into your lifestyle plan so that you are able to do your cleanse in a proper session so that you can lift your body healed and unwind without being overwhelmed.

Those are the three steps to preparing for a cleanse, research, plan, and doing.

This is my perspective on preparing for a cleanse. I plan to do two cleanses each year to aid the immunity processes of the body. Of course, Disclaimer : I am not a doctor and this information is for educational purposes only!

Moving on, I started doing seasonal cleanses in the Spring of 2015. The after care was easy for me because I felt much better after the cleanse session. I had been planning the event for about one-year at that point. However, now days, it only takes me a few hours to plan that same 7-day seasonal cleanse. So, just keep in mind, when you begin your cleansing journey, it is key to spend many hours doing research and taking notes about your own health, eating habits and daily lifestyle. All of these factors will be great aids for you when making the choice of when to do your cleanse and which type of cleanse works best for your body type.

Cleanse Support

And with that, I am here to support you on your cleanse journey. Pleases be sure to leave a comment on which cleanse you feel is best and why. Because there are so many different types of cleanses, your process may be good for someone else to research as well. Thank you all for sharing…
