YES!
I am still working out. I am still doing fitness activities.
And Yes, I am Lanita Fitness Model!
Even with the Herbin Bread GuarDinner as my Domane… I have found a way to put all of my loving activities into one harmonious lifestyle. It is a Vibnamic Lifestyle.
First I want to refresh your memory about what “Produce Meals, Produce Music, Produce Muscle” actually correlates to for this post. I am sharing my wealth of wellness by making articles and recipes about the type of foods I eat and why I eat what I do, plus the scientific research I have gathered on the topic. FOOD.
Next, I am going to school to learn about becoming an Audio Engineer. The joy I get from playing instruments and making my own music has morphed into the technical version of digital music. If you are hearing live instruments free of microphones, than that is the only way to hear acoustic music. Once you introduce an electronic device of some kind, now it become digital. The acoustic vibrations have been exchanged through vibration into electricity and is no longer acoustic but digital. Thus, Audio Engineering is a necessary aspect of live music and recording of course. I had to know how to do it…
And finally the Muscle side of all this vibnamic activity. Why Muscle you ask? Considering I am not very muscular currently, I used to be. In fact, being buff and working out has been about 50% of my lifestyle influence ever since high school nearly 30 years ago. I ran track and jumped high hurdles, long jump and high jump. I actually have stretch marks from when my legs were at max girth in college.
You wouldn’t know that now because I have made some serious changes about how I eat, what I wear and where I go to workout. I eat exclusively plant-based now. Eliminating processed foods, junk food and fast food. I make my meals from scratch with raw ingredients. I wear warmer clothing now and long skirts with sneakers instead of hi-heels and skimpy outfits. Usually!
My workouts. I tend to be in open-air a.k.a. outside in a natural environment with trees and bushes, near a water source or just plain ol’ meadows or rolling hills. Hiking is still a big part of my workouts. Yoga. Tai Chi. Meditation, and the classic Kettlebell freestyle trance dance.
Who would have thought to make a fitness routine with weights that you can swing around while dancing outside in the forest to live tribal trance music?
Apparently ME! and a whole bunch of other fitness trance dancing enthusiast…
This is my formal invite. I am inviting you to join me in a FITrance workout!
It’s a 30 minute session. You can use a dumbbell if you don’t have a kettle bell yet. 2lbs. 3lbs. or 5lbs. to start with. After the first five minutes, if you feel you can handle a heavier weight, by all means upgrade at your own risk of course.
A paid subscription allows you to have access to all of my workout sessions, not just this one. So a benefit for you is if you want to do multiple workouts to create one long fitness session, please feel free to do so. Since you can opt-in to do a monthly subscription, this will allow some time to see if this is for you.
Some people like going to a physical gym. Some people may have better access to equipment at a gym but, my workouts can be modified for you to use a lite kettle/dumbbell or even hand weights.
Overall, the idea is for you to see what I have been doing to stay fit all of these years. I have been in the closet about dancing around at home by myself. I like my freestyle of dancing. I love that I can do whatever I want when I dance. Even if that is being repetitious and putting myself into a self induced trance by spinning in circles or jumping up and down on a trampoline. ( not required for FITrance )
On that note, me operAte dINner TAbLes a.k.a Lanita Fitness Model is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Topic: FITrance Session
