I want to start with the truth.
We are what we eat! That may sound cliché but it is the truth. There are these enzymes in our digestive tract, flora and fauna bacteria, (I am not a doctor but you can go research this for yourself), and they are eating what we consume as food. The truth is, our digestive processes allow us to absorb and distribute the waste or byproduct from these enzymes, as minerals. They make the nutrients that gets used as energy within our bodies, and that is why we are what we eat. Enzyme poo.
When you eat chemicals or GMO’s and manufactured petroleum processed food products, what nutritional value is being broken down by your digestive enzymes?
It surely ain’t gonna be healthy elements that your cells are going to be genetically harmonious with.
Just imagine chemical laboratory made strawberries being dowsed by stomach acids and that chyme being prepared for enzymes to devour their meal. Only it is ends up being plastic with artificial minerals that look like nutrients and are missing the energetics from mother Earth.
It would be like you attempting to eat one of those faux fruit bowl decorations expecting it to taste like an apple or strawberries. It’s made of plastic. Have you ever read the ingredients list shared with you on all of the alleged food products you eat?
Not likely, or if you do, you probably don’t go and do research on how those ingredients are manufactured and read about the side effects of consuming them. It’s all public information. Ain’t no locks on these websites that legally share public information about these ingredients and the processes used to make them.
How much more transparency do you want. They are posting it right on the package: ‘Artificial Flavors added’ or the mysterious ‘Natural Flavors’ ingredient. Why don’t they just tell you what the natural flavor is instead of listing ‘Natural Flavors’!
Have you actually thought about what a ‘Natural Flavors’ is made of or from?
I have. I researched it. And I ain’t eating that ever again!
If you wanna know go do your own research cause I am not having that discussion with ignorance.
On to a brighter flavor. I know where my passion for eating good food comes from. When I became a mature adult, I was living in Las Vegas. I had some friends that worked in 5-star restaurants and I finally was able to taste 5-star cuisine. I have to say, Yes, it is worth it!
The efforts to source high quality organic produce and have the wisdom from expert chefs to create delectable flavor combinations with authentic recipes, and fresh ingredients served to you moments after it has been plated, pure nourishment.
The only other comparison I can make that gets even better is making your own scratch meals at home with the produce you have growing in your own garden, or from a local grower that you can actually visit. The proof is my own gardening experience.
