Just to give you the background on this audio. I started to do a podcast last year after feeling I needed to share the wealth of wellness. So, I made an outline of topics to follow, and planned to post 4 times each week.
It started with me giving you the details about what task I would be doing for that week. I broke down the events and the first three were short 8-10mins., while the final post on Saturday gave you the finished product. Each task is related to the calibration of your eating and wellness habits. And the end projection would be you learning how to transition your lifestyle via your health and
