What a COMBO!
I am starting this new lifestyle habit with a twist of yin and yang. FITrance is dancing with kettlebells to trance music. To highlight a very controversial aspect, I am encouraging the members to indulge in eating vegetarian pizza while attending this event.
WHY?
Because we can!
I think most people think too much about the no-meat in a plant-based diet, and totally over look the reason why you need to eat plants in the first place.
So, to honor our chlorophyll family members that are providing us with nourishing minerals that our bodies require to build muscle cells and remove the waste by-product from our vessels in order for us to be healthy. Let’s get this party started while you munch on that delectable vegetarian pizza you have in your Vibnamic Space!
Starting on September Second at 7pm Central Standard Time. One full hour of dancing and eating pizza ( or a plant-based meal ) as we all take turns to showcase our dancing and/or eating skills.

With that said, I want to share with you the ingredients as promised in the video above.
I am naming this spice: ‘Some of Curry’ spice (as in summer curry spice) and the ingredients are as follows, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Fenugreek, Cayenne, Nutmeg, Curry, Mustard seed, Cumin, Black Cumin and Red Onion Greens. Since I was eyeballing this, you would have to experiment with the amounts of these ingredients on your own. Also I encourage you to research all of these to learn about there medicinal purposes and honor the truth that nature has within them.
