Keeping it Moving...
The real reason I have not been posting!
Greetings Herbin Bread GuarDinners!
I am grateful for those of you who do actually read and watch the videos when I post them. However, the most recent post outside of the chat notes was way back around the new year.
Well, no excuse!
I have just been busy doing the tasks that a student does and part of that is being an entrepreneur as well. The reason I am even typing right now is to share the wealth of wellness that I have made a choice to express.
Fascinating things have happened since the year has started and surely I won’t be able to tell you about all of it in this article.
The main point is that I am doing my best to let go of the things that no longer serve me at the stage in my life, and progress with the mastery of those things that do matter the most to me at this time.
If this is something that you too have been handling in your life. Please leave a comment about what that is and how you plan to deal with it or have already.
Now, on to the point.
Part of what I am working on is this, making a schedule to actually create the posts for the podcast or videos and be able to do that in a way which is pleasing to learn from.
Teaching or sharing my knowledge and wisdom on being an urban bred gardener is the point of this domain. City life has made my path very clear at the moment and I honor the skills that I have learned to live with. These skills have evolved into a beautiful lifestyle that I call the Vibnamic Lifestyle.
It is filled with vibrant and dynamic activities which keep my mind, body and spirit in tune, on-point and synchronistic to the path I am leading. A guide from self to self. Being accountable for the actions and behaviors that I choose to express.
Sound very Blah blah but, I can say that since I have attained full responsibility for all of the actions I have done in this lifetime. It, life, has been the greatest gift of all. Knowing that I am in control, had been in control all the time and will continue to be the Vibnamic force till the moment I depart this Lanita body…
Anyway, not a novel this time. Just a quick tip to share, and perhaps it has been of value to you as living through it has been for me.
Hiking is fun!
Farmer’s market if going well! (SoupHerbuS)
I broke a toe last week…
Not while hiking!
I have plans to get more videos and podcast material to you very soon, please stay TUNED!
Much love and appreciation!
