These symptoms are essentially the signs of poisoning. Our resilient bodies were created with a security monitoring system, which sounds off when toxicity levels peak and many people ignore this life-saving mechanism.

WHY?

All I can say is lack of knowledge, or avoidance of embarrassment, which is contradictory because if you ignore the symptoms often enough.

You could wind up in an ambulance like I did one year. Not because I was over drinking, but because I had ignored these symptoms many times before this one time.

What to Do First!

First, I want you to accept that you have been guided down someone else’s trail through the trenches, over the barbed-wire fence, and into the predator’s lair… As in lier. (a person or thing that lies, as in wait or in ambush.) Sounds terrible, I know. However, it is this very act of accepting the truth that gets one out of the trenches, before it’s too late…

Next You Can Smile With Joy!

Since you know the plan, you are able to navigate knowing there is an ulterior motive which is not of our best interest. Your best interest is your choice. You should be the one to make your destination be what ever the HELk you want it to be, knowing that you have the chance to avoid these other traps and barriers by pure will and knowledge from every source available to you.

When I was homeless after this event, because my employer terminated me, because the original doctor didn’t want to accept her role in mis-diagnose of the thyroid, I just thought FINE, I will heal me. And so I did.

Did I mention it has been ten years since I have needed a doctor for a sickness or being ill!

I am not able to say that I have not experienced some ill symptoms in that time frame, but I can say that I was capable and that I am still capable of nullifying any of these sickly people symptoms and/or ailments. What ever you want to call them.

For over tens years I have been sharing with people about what I learned from studying myself. There was this point, when I stopped blaming everyone and everything else around me and focused on what I was doing.

At this very moment, I am studying my self. I have been struggling with what other people may think about me or say if I were to share the truth about the encounters I had with medical doctors and the BS going on with the health care industry.

I do care about what people say and think, only I care that they get the truth and correct the lies that are false beliefs directing them into the predator’s lair. Swiftly people go when they are desperate or in fear of death. Afraid that the emerging issue will kill them, next week.

We all have to depart this plane, eventually. I think it’s more like a spaceship then a plane with wings. Anyway, I sense that you catch my drift/draft.

Closing With This Final Task!

Be diligent with your findings about your self. Learn to discipline your self, according to your own will. Behave in the most harmonious acts that you can, with wisdom from you learning how to navigate in relation to the skills, talents and equipment you have on-board with you. Currently!

Know that we are in a constant state of growth. We make a choice to improve our growth by evaluating our actions, and mannerisms which shape the environment around us.

When I made the choice to move to Las Vegas, it changed my environment. When I accepted the termination for work, I changed my environment. When I choose to became the Ayurvedic LifeStyl’ist, I changed your environment.

Vegas was Vegas, I had to adapt to that frequency and learn to live the party/night life.

When the job ended, I could have gotten another one. Instead I moved on and healed myself. Once I mastered myself, I made a choice to share this wealth of wellness.

Now that I am putting this info into the ‘cloud’, it has changed your environment because I am no longer keeping silent.

To post about my experience gives others the strength to also share and live in truth.

Perhaps the reason we were told lies in school and from the church or governments, was to see how many of us could actually correct ourselves in order to get out of the box.

You know how some people always make you feel like it’s the end of the WORLD!

Well Guess What? We Are Still Here…

I have to explain where this is coming from, obviously. I have been experiencing grief, if you want to call it that. My mom passed away last May, and I am still feeling the effects/affects of her transition event. This is not a sad story, as I am joyful that she has left me with much love and many pleasant memories.

I just want to point out the amount of attention that is given to the idea of Death. The medical industry is constantly working to keep as many of us alive as possible. They have emergency rooms, pharmaceuticals, ‘doctors’, and even quick-care clinics to ensure the longevity of the people. But, how do we know they are sincere in this ‘act of kindness’ we regard as healthcare.

If you take the time to calculate how much time people are spending at a doctors office for a check-up visit or just to deal with a minor injury, there has to be years of people’s time being spent in these locations.

I prefer to be out in nature in-joying the breeze on my skin, rather than sitting in an enclosed structure full of human samples waiting for transport to another enclosed structure to be apart of an experimental report.

They Call That Health Care?

‘Health Care’! Let’s herd sickly people into a refrigerated box and make them tell us about what issues (symptoms) they are experiencing, so we can try to figure out which of our scientific methods will work to suppress their issues for the longest amount of time, before they figure out that we don’t have a f*cking care in the world to actually cure/heal them, as long as we get paid.

If you think that is an offensive statement, you should try asking people whom have been under a physicians care for ten plus years, taking orders from them and putting poison into their body with the intention to heal a dis-ease which would surely be much more manageable if they would actually study themselves and corrected the habits that caused their dis-ease in the first place…

I type from experience. I used to have multiple ailments and ill-symptoms that made me go ‘CON’sult with doctors about my own issues.

What Had Happened Was…

I had spent just over a year’s time, consenting to have them do tests and run experiments on me for them to collect data about my body fluids and mental functions, even private stuff like my sex life etc. All kinds of questions they would ask, or should I say survey me about at any given visit to their fridge bio-storage closet.

When I was given an absurd diagnose about what they think I had, I had had enough.

But what really confirmed my suspicion, was when the endocrinologist had one session with me to draw some blood and study my behaviors, along with my accumulated chart from the year of testing with the other doctors. She, after one month was certain that I did not have any medical issue other than a vitamin D deficiency and maybe I needed to adjust my lifestyle habits.

Which I did calibrate my lifestyle habits and get some vitamin D.

There you have it. A doctor, or a medical professional that told me the truth instead of fabricating a diagnose just to prescribe drugs so they (the doctor) can get paid a kickback from the pharma company that makes the drugs. Long term use is their goal. Imagine the medical industry actually curing cancer or healing people with Alzheimer’s. That would be absurd!

There would be no more need for charity fundraisers. No more saint you know who foundations. None of these elite secret societies throwing silent auction balls and galas to raise awareness for blah blah syndrome.

Not all doctors are out to get extra cash in their back pockets… For the most part, many people think they are helping by prescribing meds, treatments, etc. But because they have been guided on to a similar trail, just as the others have, they are not aware of the dangers ahead. The only difference is, this trail goes up wind from the predator’s lair. Both terminate out of sight!

Can You Imagine NEVER Being Sick Again!

I CAN!

I have been extremely healthy for the last ten years ever since that endocrinologist told me that my thyroid was healthy and not imbalanced as the other ‘doc’ had reported. I was taking thyroid medicine to correct an imbalance that was null.

I know many other people that have dealt with a similar issue, and I know people that are currently dealing with it. I must say to you, STOP DEPENDING ON SOME BODY ELSE! You can do it for your self, if you can accept that you have the power to be at Optimal Health.

The end goal is the food forest. Apparently Earth is it.

The real focus, where on Earth do you build a food forest?

How about we start with a place that needs food and you are willing to live there long-term. That is what I find to be the most important aspect of building a #FoodForest

Why else would anyone choose to do such a laborious task in the first place…

Also, building a food forest in a place that already has a natural food forest would be erroneous. It’s an error because the food is already growing and you/me, i.e. we have no intention of competing with nature when it comes to a natural forest in a climate and environment that already has a native forest.

Now on to the real ‘meat’ as mentioned in the Bible. Food and medicines are plant life. The meat you eat comes from animals that eat plants, correct! So, without the plant kingdom, we humans are not eating much meat. Unless you know how to extract enough nutrients and minerals from the air and water without consuming the plant-based food. You may be a plant!

I get a good chuckle out of people that are afraid to eat a plant-based meal. Every body is designed with their own specific genetic recipe. Even siblings can be slightly different, plus culture has a huge effect on what people choose to eat on a regular basis.

When I was growing up, I ate a lot of pork and chicken… and candy! However, today I ate all plants and no meat what so ever. The candy option has been exhausted due to it’s detrimental side effects after consumption. The reason I teach about a plant-based lifestyle is because I have had all of the positive health affects and wellness prosperities imaginable.

In that, I have been using my time to design a vision of a place that can be enhanced by a food forest idea. Similar to that in the desert image above, it will be greener, abundant and attractive to wildlife. Since we are capable of building such miraculous structures and comforting living spaces. I see an opportunity to articulate my expression of joy, vibrancy and love for the life I have experienced thus far.

Taking a desert landscape and transforming it with moisture and nutrients has a tendency to become a sanctuary for the wildlife living near by. I am fully aware that by doing this, I can potentially attract rattle snakes and mice. These two will cancel each other out and that is the point. The same with insects, lizards with be ready to feast. The basic laws of nature are at play here, and with the knowledge that I may encounter those harmonious creatures. I have respect for them and their space.

I suspect birds will be stopping for a drink or to bathe in a fountain of water about the gardens. They too eat insects and may be some berries if I leave them exposed… The aid of nature will aid my pest control efforts or lack thereof!

What Can I Grow in the Desert Climate?

At my previous garden space, I was able to grow over 50 different types of plants, herbs, vegetables and fruit. Recently, I was able to eat some fresh grapes, pears, and raspberries at this same location. I have moved on, so the garden has not been tended but the orchard area is on irrigation and has been thriving, basically wild.

I will list some of what I had growing:

• Kale

• Swiss Chard

• Spinach

• Milk Thistle

• Hibiscus

• Artichoke

• Cucumbers

• Tomatoes (grape, cherry and normal sizes)

• Peppers (sweet, mild and hot)

• Melons (water, lemon drop, cantaloupe)

• Mints (spear-, pepper-)

• Catnip (That didn’t last long after I put it outside… had Feral Cats!)

• Purple Potatoes

• Red Onion

• Sunflowers

• Jerusalem Artichoke

• Sugar Snap Peas

• Fennel

• Cilantro

• Lettuce (red, green and butter)

• Mullein

• Red clover

• Squash (zucchini, spaghetti, butternut, etc.)

• Pumpkin

• Carrots and Parsnip

• Celery

• Corn

• Strawberries

• Radish

• Beets

• Flax

• Lemon Balm

• Sage

• Dandelion

plus more that I can’t think of right now, and other plants that stayed in the house too!

What is the End Goal?

To be able to have fresh produce when ever I need it. Technically I already have that. I just have to travel somewhere to get it…

For real! The end goal is having a healthy thriving garden space that not only feeds me. It should be capable of feeding a community of people and animals. I suppose chickens and ducks may be part of the eco-space too. Other pet birds could be of good company as well. However, any four-legged companions are yet to be confirmed.

A job that I had before I was old enough to drink was at a pet store in the mall. Back then, I didn’t know what puppy mills were and I came to learn about them while working there.

Pet stores have a high level of responsibility involved. You have the employees, customers and all of the animals to care for. That is how I learned about true responsibility and taking the initiative to do what no one else wants to do. After four years of growing up the ‘corporate ladder’ to store manager from animal care, I realized there are some crazy obsessed people in that industry. Good people too, like me.

SIDE NOTE: I would screen potential pet owners to make sure they would actually care for their pet once they got them home. If I felt they were just making up stories about having a new addition, I would quote a really high price and they always declined after that. Not to gouge people. That proved they were not ready for the responsibility. Pet owners love their pets as a family member and their is no cost to high, usually. I say that to point out, I had pets (ferrets) for about ten years after that. They had what they needed and I played with them, took them places with me, and they were happy (I believe) until they passed on.

Responsibility and Accountability!

When I actually start building this project, I realize that I have to be that. Responsible and accountable. I do plan to have others join me from time to time, and only if they to are that, responsible and accountable. Planning the course of action takes knowledge and comprehension of what needs to take place. The activities that one must do on a consistent basis until progress is visible and obvious.

From there, change is always happening, so adaptability is key along with flexibility. Since I have done this desert to food forest process before. I have wisdom on the topic and my past experience is a guide to the future.

Some things will be predictable, however life is always unknown until it happens. Plans can be over written, adjusted and totally nullified. My goal is a food forest and I will do what ever I need to do to reach that goal. Plenty of milestones between and many to come after that.

And with that I am out!

So, what kind of test can you do without a medical doctor?

First I have to tell you about how I was able to learn this technique and why it works. Essentially I was in training to become an Ayurvedic Doctor. If you don’t know what Ayurveda is, go do a quick search and come back…

Nearly 15 years ago, I had a stabbing abdominal pain that started very random and mute but, over the length of 12 months. The stabbing pain became a violent gut removal body blow that caused me to double-over and sit down until the pain subsided.

Little did I know at the time, this violent pain was the feeling of the meal I had just ate, coming into direct contact with my unprotected intestinal liner. If you have taken the time to learn about how our digestive system works. You know that there is a layer of mucus coating the inside of our intestines. This mucus layer acts as a cushion barrier keeping the inner contents moving smoothly inside our full bellies.

Eventually, the waters are extracted from these contents still in need of final digestion. As that happens, things can get rough in there. (brief explanation.)

So, I was feeling all of this as it got worst over the year and at some point I stopped eating. That’s called fasting, only not on purpose but out of necessity and fear of more pain.

Fast-forward about another year, three different medical doctors gave me three very different diagnose about my stabbing pain issue. None of them were correct.

Since western medical doctors don’t do this test that I am going to tell you about. They will never know if your were healthy or, obviously, they can’t tell you that because it would be bad for business.

ON TO THE TEST!!

In Ayurveda, there is a very through examination of all body parts via visual observance and by pulse. There are more detailed stuff too but, the most obvious way to see if you are healthy or not is by looking at you. However, that is NOT the test that I am talking about.

I learned how the body has a way of regulating by using the pH scale. Is your body more alkaline or are you nurturing an acidic environment?

The difference here is an alkaline environment is natural for the healthy body cohabitants to live and breath better, while an acidic environment fosters breeding for the unnatural and unhealthy cohabitants to thrive.

Which is what happened to me inside my digestive tract. Poor pH levels over time eroded the mucus liner and contributed to leaky gut as well. (Which I fixed by using Ayurvedic methods I learned.)

Low pH, low health status, higher pH better conditions. Not to say you’re gonna die with a low pH. Scientist and studies show that homeostasis is better supported at neutral or slightly above 7, on the alkaline side. Too high for too long can cause some serious health issues too.

So don’t go jumping into the high pH 9’s and 10’s. High pH can burn the skin and innards just as well and acid.

My point here is the test. Do regular pH tests on your saliva and urine, plus with the aid of a medical doctor you can get the pH of your blood. See they do have a purposeful job those western doctors. Surely if I get in an accident and need medical attention, please take me to the emergency room if necessary.

Regularly testing your pH, saliva and urine, once a day or once a week can help you stay balanced. This way if you get off balance you are quicker to correct the issue. Now what to do about having a low pH for a long period of time…

Wow! If you have had a chance to listen to this original podcast a few times, Awesome!

When I first thought about doing this podcast (I called it Culinarian Fitness because that was the name before I searched on IG), I was still living a life in transition. I had asked multiple people to co-host with me but, the actual format had not been designed. Needless to say, this format was an original design for sure.

Listening to it now, I can hear what I was trying to do with the message. I wanted to combine music with a GRAND uplifting message about health and wellness. Little did I know, this process has taken nearly seven years to calibrate, revise, implement and follow through with a cohesive schedule that I can truly honor and commit to.

Why did it have to take this much time?

Why did I listen to those nah-sayers about finding a co-host?

I figured other people were being honest and helpful… Perhaps they were jealous, or envious that I would be good at making a podcast series! Doesn’t matter now…

At the time, I was just happy that other people would talk to me about eating healthy foods, gardening and cleansing the body of toxinz. Fun stuff yes!

Eventually the truth was out of the brown paper bag in my back seat. Meeeeeow!

No one wanted to do the damn podcast with me, and instead of them saying that, they just attempted to blow carcinogenic air clouds into my rear sphincter space!

Well, I am again revising this original format. There will still be music and talk about making meals from scratch. I plan to teach about gardening techniques and growing methods for the urban bred peoples whom have and will find their way to this wisdom.

I share the wealth of wellness.

Without the many people whom have guided me along the way, I would still be searching for myself. I would still be dazed and confused about ‘What is really going on!” Nissan, Pineal gland, and sovereignty…

I know exactly what I am doing all of the time!

I want to add that over the last ten plus years I have been researching and experimenting with the information that I have learned in order to confirm its validity. By reading some many books and articles on specific subjects, I have concluded that most of what we/I was taught in school was for a reason…

It may have not been the reason that I was searching for but, need I say I saw the ‘sign’.

Really this article should be about “C” vs. “T”. Why is one in the non-natural term while the other letter is in the natural term?

I guess we could come up with many ideas however, it actually come up to the significance if the individual letters themselves.

What does “c” mean or represent on its own? Where did I it come from? How was it formed and why is it in the alphabet where it is, before and after the “b” and the “ d”?

Questions I ask!

The same goes for the “t”. Why is is after “s” and before “u”? How was it made and where did it come from?

Perhaps you are now thinking, What in the hell is this Apostle lady talking about? How was the letter made and where it comes from?

Basically what I am typing is that when I am writing a song, its more about what situations are currently causing emotional feedback right now. I tend to write about what I need to find a solution for. Speaking of, what did I write about in my journal today type stuff.

On this particular day it was about an assignment that I had to do for ‘Modern and Contemporary Art’ class. We had to share a piece of art from the topic of Song Writing. So, instead of searching for someone else’s art that I felt fits the build, I just made my own. Considering I was going to make a chalk art for my self anyway, this solved two tasks at once.

As you can see in the video, I also wanted to change the way we think about what is viewed as important and the verbiage we use as well. You can imagine that the words which were in the intro of the video had said (before I changed them) something else, algo mas? Yes, something else.

By making this a positive building type view point, I felt that would change the brain’s processing and have the reader connecting with the ‘Fixing’ and ‘Present’ as joyful things to view and watch now. Thus, eliminating the old attention grabber of using ‘breaking’ and ‘news’ in the headline.

Being able to stir up emotional energy and allow one to accept and mend or heal something inside of their being, is a grand feat.

Apparently just viewing art or hearing music, i.e. sounds/vibrations and frequencies are what we are all actually feeling anyways…

This is going to stir the pot. Amarita. One way to separate the ‘good’ from the ‘bad’ is to mix it all together. Either the bad influences the good or vice versa and the good will be victorious.

In this brief podcast, I talk about this mixing process. Most people are living this way any who, so why not dig a bit deeper to uncover the gems.

Only way to find out the truth is to seek truth. If you are looking for the bad stuff, surely you wil find it. However, in today’s way of life many don’t know that they need the truth. Some are afraid of the truth. While the majority are believing lies because it’s all up in their grill.

I say remove the MASK. Be clear. Transparent. Observe yourself from a short distance and make note of how your lifestyle is being manipulated by outside sources.

The kicker to this activity is you will see the truth in why you RE where you are, and you may figure out that you can make changes and be who you want. Be the being that you are born to be! You.

Not the improvised image of what the media is typecasting you to be for them…

Everyone wants to be right, or correct. So be correct in your own right and seek your own truth.

Who are you?

How are you supposed to be living life?

What makes you happy?

Which talents do you in-joy doing the most?

Which skills amplify are your strong points?

What are the gifts you have that no one else has or can do better than you?

Go thru and answer these questions. One at a time, they each focus on a different aspect of who you are. The true transparent YOU.

How do you feel when reading these questions? Write down your feelings and thoughts about yourself. Be gentle and yet honest with yourself.

You can not lie to yourself.

Deep down you know when you are in truth.

The same is true for living a lie…

I encourage you to get up close and private with yourself. Be your own best friend. Make you tell yourself the truth. If you end up hot learn to be more of that. If you end up upset, figure out what you are doing that is not true to you!

We have the power to change our mind. Which means we can be, do, or have whatever we want, when we make the choice to do. That’s is.

You are ready!

The moment has arrived!

I am done with my first chapter of the Sci-fi audiobook that was originally recorded in 2021 when I was testing out a new audio interface. I have since began training as an audio engineer to hone my skills and learn more about the engineering side of sound.

If this is your first time reading or listening to one of my post. I will encourage you to engage with my other articles and audios, some videos, to get more acquainted with my style of content. Some may say I am all over but, as you will see by reading more about the Herbin Bread GuarDinner Domane, I will be making more clarity about my mission.

In this I share my audio skills to date. I have some videos that I share for cinema photography purposes, displaying my production style and creativity. Plus, I have my own music productions with acoustic instruments that I make in a tribal meditative type format.

I am grateful for this moment. I am joyful to be sharing some wisdom about my solution as a gardener, an audio engineer, and a fitness model. These are my talents or gifts and ancestral skills that I have inherited from the ancestors, physical and spiritual.

The basic concept for this GuarDinner’s recipe is a solution that only you can provide for yourself. This season Seasun I am allowing the current to flow sharing this wealth of wellness, as it will aid others with their own journey.

I want to start with the truth.

We are what we eat! That may sound cliché but it is the truth. There are these enzymes in our digestive tract, flora and fauna bacteria, (I am not a doctor but you can go research this for yourself), and they are eating what we consume as food. The truth is, our digestive processes allow us to absorb and distribute the waste or byproduct from these enzymes, as minerals. They make the nutrients that gets used as energy within our bodies, and that is why we are what we eat. Enzyme poo.

When you eat chemicals or GMO’s and manufactured petroleum processed food products, what nutritional value is being broken down by your digestive enzymes?

It surely ain’t gonna be healthy elements that your cells are going to be genetically harmonious with.

Just imagine chemical laboratory made strawberries being dowsed by stomach acids and that chyme being prepared for enzymes to devour their meal. Only it is ends up being plastic with artificial minerals that look like nutrients and are missing the energetics from mother Earth.

It would be like you attempting to eat one of those faux fruit bowl decorations expecting it to taste like an apple or strawberries. It’s made of plastic. Have you ever read the ingredients list shared with you on all of the alleged food products you eat?

Not likely, or if you do, you probably don’t go and do research on how those ingredients are manufactured and read about the side effects of consuming them. It’s all public information. Ain’t no locks on these websites that legally share public information about these ingredients and the processes used to make them.

How much more transparency do you want. They are posting it right on the package: ‘Artificial Flavors added’ or the mysterious ‘Natural Flavors’ ingredient. Why don’t they just tell you what the natural flavor is instead of listing ‘Natural Flavors’!

Have you actually thought about what a ‘Natural Flavors’ is made of or from?

I have. I researched it. And I ain’t eating that ever again!

If you wanna know go do your own research cause I am not having that discussion with ignorance.

On to a brighter flavor. I know where my passion for eating good food comes from. When I became a mature adult, I was living in Las Vegas. I had some friends that worked in 5-star restaurants and I finally was able to taste 5-star cuisine. I have to say, Yes, it is worth it!

The efforts to source high quality organic produce and have the wisdom from expert chefs to create delectable flavor combinations with authentic recipes, and fresh ingredients served to you moments after it has been plated, pure nourishment.

The only other comparison I can make that gets even better is making your own scratch meals at home with the produce you have growing in your own garden, or from a local grower that you can actually visit. The proof is my own gardening experience.

The Question!

Of course I have to give some backstory and the question. It all started backin elementary school. There was the theme were the teachers felt they needed to make us think.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

That is the question, only now it’s what did you want to be when you grew up? Past-tense because if you are reading this, more than likely you are a grown up.

Can you honestly answer that question and be truthful about what you think of that ‘Occupation’ now. Did you become that? Why or why not!

I’m guessing that is a definite NO! And why? That is the real question.

A Quack! Me/You/We became a quack… At least one of us will admit the truth. Going insane doing the same thing over and over and over again!

Why did you not pursue that thing that you wanted to be so much as a child!

Life happened, but it was supposed to happen the way you dreamed it up. Yeah right! I wanted to be an Olympic Athlete, and I got lost in the motivational coaching and reality of peer-pressure, on top of my own self sabotage.

Who did I think I was to be an Olympic Athlete? I could have done it. If I only had believed that I was actually going that route. It some point in high school, I woke up and had no clear idea of what I wanted to do after I got the diploma.

I ended up listening to the principal and he told me I should go to college even if I didn’t know what I was going to learn how to be, in this case area of study. (My Major)

Apparently, I could have taken that literally. My Major. At the end of this current educational phase for me, I will learn the Majors and minors of Audio Science. I just finished Music Theory in the previous module, and I got an ‘A’. That is a Major success, in a minor sort of way. There is so much more to Audio Production and making beats than meets the ears, or I…

So, what a heck of a back story. Any way, if you answer the Q? It will guide you to the next step in my series of tasks, known as the Me Operate Dinner Tables process. (a.k.a. Culinarian Fitness Series)
